Whatever your requirements, short break or long term stay at any time of the year, we hope either The Swallows or The Owl cottage at Gamrie Lodge are what you're looking for.
We've set our standards high, both cottages provide the same first class self-catering accommodation all on ground level. Each cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest standard to provide an enchanting holiday environment in a tranquil rural location, yet less than a mile from the sea.
For your comfort our self-catering holiday cottages are fully furnished and tastefully decorated sleeping either 2+2 (The Swallows) or 4+2 (The Owl). In the event your group extends to 10 guests, access to both cottages can be linked through the courtyard.
Each cottage is double glazed, centrally heated and complemented in the main sitting room with a glass fronted feature cast iron multi-fuel stove.
In the main bedroom of each cottage you have the choice of two single beds or a 6ft wide super-king.

Parents can relax knowing that the large lawns provide a safe open space for children to play.
Gardenstown provides a small selection of shops for essential groceries and includes a Bakers, Butchers, Pub, Petrol Station, Doctors Surgery, and Post Office. In addition to these Banff also has two Supermarkets, Banks, several Restaurants a Hospital and Veterinary Surgery.
