First Class Self-Catering Accommodation

We’ve set our standards high, both cottages provide the same first class self-catering accommodation all on ground level. Each cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest standard to provide an enchanting holiday environment in a tranquil rural location, yet less than a mile from the sea.

For your comfort our self-catering holiday cottages are fully furnished and tastefully decorated sleeping either 2 (The Coach House) or 4 (The Stables). In the event your group extends to 6 guests, access to both cottages can be linked through the courtyard.

Each cottage is double glazed, centrally heated and complemented in the main sitting room with a glass fronted feature cast iron multi-fuel stove.

In the main bedroom of each cottage you have the choice of two single beds or a 6ft wide super-king.

All accommodation is on ground level with easy access throughout. For the comfort of all guests please note that we operate a strict no smoking policy within the building. A well-behaved dog is welcome subject to prior arrangement. Parents can relax knowing that the large lawns provide a safe open space for children to play.

Local Amenities

Gardenstown provides a small selection of shops for those essential groceries and includes a Pub, Petrol Station, Tea-Room and Doctors Surgery. In addition to these Banff also has two Supermarkets, Optician, Chemist, Bakers, Butchers, Banks, several Restaurants a Hospital and Veterinary Surgery.
